4 eggs 2 cups butter 2 cups castor sugar 2 cups all-purpose flour 3 tbsp filter coffee 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 2 tsp milk

In a bowl, add butter and sugar. Start whisking them.

Now, add eggs, all-purpose flour, vanilla essence, filter coffee and mix well. Also, add milk and combine everything.

Add baking powder and baking soda to the batter too. Mix well.

Now, transfer the batter into a prepared mould. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 20 to 25 mins.

Do the toothpick test and when done, garnish with nuts and serve.
