Chickpea Carrot soup is made with just a few ingredients and is Low in calories, helps in strengthening the muscles, bone health, boosts memory and improves cell regeneration.
2 cup chickpeas (kabuli chana) 2 carrot Water Salt Black pepper as required 4 cloves garlic 1 onion 1/2 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoon butter
Take a bowl and Soak Chickpeas overnight. In the morning drain the water and pressure cook the chickpeas along with carrots.
Now take a Blender and add the Cooled cooked chickpeas. Now blend them into the desired consistency.
Now Take a pan and add in butter, chopped garlic, and onions saute them super well.
Now take a bowl and Pour the blend and season with salt, pepper and paprika and enjoy with bread crumbs.
