50gm flour 15gm custard Powder or corn Flour 30gm powdered Sugar 50gm butter 1 tbsp milk (If required) 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Take a bowl. Add butter and sugar. Whisk well.
Add custard powder and flour. Also, add cardamom powder and mix well.
Add milk to bring out the right consistency and transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
Spread butter paper on the baking tray and pipe the cookies on it.
Bake the cookies for 8 to 9 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°.
When done, serve fresh!
