Easy Amla Chutney For Chilly Season

Made with Indian gooseberry and a few spices, this easy chutney is perfect to pair with snacks and meals during this season.

Ingredients

100 g amla (washed and cut into half), 100 g fresh coriander, 2 green chilli, ¼ teaspoon hing ½ teaspoon cumin seeds ½ inch ginger chopped 2-3 cloves garlic ½ teaspoon sugar Salt to taste 2 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1

Cut the amla into small pieces. Add all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to make a smooth chutney.

Step 2

Serve with snacks and appetizers or with Indian meals.
