For The Pie Crust 1.5 cups maida 1/2 cup butter 4 tablespoons cold water Pinch of salt For The Chocolate Filling 2.5 cups milk 6 egg yolks 6 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup powdered sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1 cup chopped chocolate .5 teaspoons vanilla extract

Step 1

Whisking flour, butter, cold water, and salt till you get a consistent dough.

Transfer the dough to a baking pan and bake for about fifteen minutes. Set aside.
