Enjoy a creamy banana frozen yoghurt that is satisfyingly sweet and perfect for guilt-free indulgence.
2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt 2 tablespoons of honey 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Slice and freeze bananas until firm.
Blend frozen bananas, Greek yoghurt, honey syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pause blending, and scrape down the sides for even mixing.
Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover tightly
Freeze for 2–3 hours until firm. Scoop and serve in cones or bowls.
