Loaded with nutrition, slightly sweet in taste, this sweet potato cheela is the quickest dish you can make while on the go. Here’s the easy-peasy recipe to try out.

1 sweet potato, boiled 2 tbsp gram flour 1 tbsp semolina 1 tbsp conflour 2 tbsp onions, chopped 1 green chilli, chopped ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp salt ½ cup warm water Oil, for frying 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped

Peel the sweet potato and mash or grate it into a large bowl.

Add the gram flour, semolina, cornflour, onions, cumin powder and salt. Mis well.

Now gradually add the water while mixing to make a thick batter.

Heat some oil in a tawa then pour a ladle full of the sweet potato batter. Spread it around to form a circle.

Let the cheela cook on one side, then flip and cook the other side until done.
