Easiest Recipe To Make Soya Pulav

Soya is a great source of protein, but sometimes it can taste bland. Try this amazing and easy soya pulav recipe today.

Soak soya in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Remove excess water and marinate the chunks with curd 3 teaspoons red chilli powder, turmeric, salt and ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon each

Add oil 2 teaspoons Jeera 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Hing ½ teaspoon ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons onions, tomatoes 2 each finely chopped red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala 1 ½ teaspoons each green chillies 2 Add marinated soya and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add soaked rice, salt and coriander. Pressure cook until done. Healthy and delish soya pulav is ready.
