Summer season is synonymous with mangoes. Nothing can be better if you combine creamy yoghurt with luscious mangoes. You can enjoy the summer season with cool and refreshing mango yoghurt that will bring you joy with its tropical flavour. Take a look at the recipe of mango yoghurt.
2 ripe mangoes 1 cup plain yoghurt 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional) Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Peel and dice the ripe mangoes and set aside a few mango chunks for garnish.
In a blender put the remaining mango chunks and puree it until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, add mango puree, plain yoghurt, honey and stir until well mixed. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary, by adding more honey or maple syrup.
Transfer the mango yoghurt mixture into serving bowls or glasses. Garnish with fresh mango chunks and mint leaves. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavour to meld together.
You can top it with granola, chopped nuts, or additional fresh fruit for extra texture and flavour.
