Dry fruit laddoos are traditional Indian sweets that are nutritious and just perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth, especially this changing season. To make these quick bites, follow this easy recipe.
1/4 cup chopped almonds 1/4 cup chopped cashews 1/4 cup chopped pistachios 1/4 cup chopped dates 1/2 cup grated coconut 2 tablespoons ghee 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Roast the chopped dry fry fruits till they are golden brown. Let them cool.
Take some ghee and roast grated coconut.
Grind the roasted ingredients and ground cardamom into a coarse mixture.
Moisten your palms with a little ghee, take portions of the mixture and make small balls.
Top the ladoos with a whole nut, and you’re ready to serve.
