1 cup chopped almonds ½ cup chopped cashews ½ cup chopped pistachios 6 chopped dried figs ¼ cup raisins 3 tablespoon pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon poppy seeds 1 cup desiccated coconut 2 cups chopped dates 2 tablespoons chia seeds, soaked 2 tablespoons gulkand 2 tablespoons dried cranberries 4 teaspoons ghee

Heat the ghee in a pan and toast the nuts and seeds until golden-brown.

Turn off the heat and stir in the dried figs, raisins, dates and desiccated coconut.

Add the soaked chia seeds and gulkand before mixing well to form a sticky mass.
