2 drumsticks, washed and cut into 2-inch pieces 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 small carrot 1 medium potato 4 cups vegetable broth 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Salt to taste 2 tablespoons butter Fresh cilantro leaves

Create a nutritious drumstick soup by sautéing onions and garlic. Add chopped drumsticks, carrots, potatoes, and the powdered spices.

Pour in vegetable broth, simmer until vegetables are tender.
