It was the hype of 2023, and people tried to create this recipe at home. According to trends, the searches for its recipe peaked in January, claiming second spot on the list.

Offered as a serving to Hindu deities, the Panchamrit recipe was the third most searched topic on Google in India. Its interest peaked around the time of Krishna Janmashtami.

A trending pickle recipe hailing from the land of the rising Sun, Japan, was the fourth most searched topic in India in 2023. The recipe includes cabbage, carrots, kosher salt, red chillies, and salt. Its searches peaked in August.

Another dish, which is a holy festive dish that is served as a prasad during Janmashtami, dhaniya panjiri took fifth spot among the most searched recipes in India. Its searches peaked in September, just like Panchamrit.

The flavourful Karanji claimed the sixth spot among the most searched recipes. A Diwali sweet that everyone loves was a subject of interest for several first-time cooks. Its searches peaked around the time of Diwali in November.
