Drink This Chirata Water To Stay Healthy

Chirata is a bitter Indian herb that grows in the Himalayan region. It is helpful in treating constipation, low appetite and liver issues.

Chirata Water

Chirata water can be consumed early morning to reap the full benefits of the herb. Let us see how to make it.

Step 1

In a pan, start boiling 2 large cups of water.

Step 2

Add 2 barks of bitter stick or chirata. Alternatively, you can use the powder too. Boil till the water reduces o half.

Buckwheat Flour

Strain the water and store it in a glass jar. Drink 2-3 tsp every morning.
