Chirata water can be consumed early morning to reap the full benefits of the herb. Let us see how to make it.
In a pan, start boiling 2 large cups of water.
Add 2 barks of bitter stick or chirata. Alternatively, you can use the powder too. Boil till the water reduces o half.
Strain the water and store it in a glass jar. Drink 2-3 tsp every morning.
