Drinking eight glasses of water is a must to stay hydrated. However, plain water on your side table can get a bit boring. Why don’t you make different types of flavoured water and be refreshed all day long?
To add a zesty touch to water, chop some lemon wedges and put them into a jar of water.
Add some mint leaves to add a cool and refreshing twist to water, which will also help detoxify the body.
Adding a few chopped cucumber slices to your pitcher of water can make your glass more refreshing.
You can add a fruity touch to water by adding some chopped strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
You can also add the summer fruit watermelon with some lemon juice to the water.
