Since the land of Rajasthan is known for its kachoris and pooris, you cannot skip them from the breakfast table. And with each bite, crunchiness is guaranteed.
If thought vadas were only made in the South, you’re mistaken. These bite-sized Rajasthani treats are made with chana dal, onions and green chilli batter.
A popular Indian flatbread, poori can be made with several kinds of dough. Flavour the bajra flour with some fenugreek seeds and fry the pooris until golden-brown.
The desi heart would surely strike a chord with this onion-stuffed kachori. A classic breakfast from the region, it is served with a tangy tamarind chutney.
Cook up a crispy bajra roti on the tawa and pair it with the famous Rajasthani lehsun chutney. Made with garlic and hot spices, it is a fiery condiment.
