With temperature raising, body demands to consume something cool and fluid in order to hydrate the body. Sugarcane juice is considered to be one of the excellent coolants that keep the body cool and hydrated. However, you may not like consuming sugarcane juice from roadside stall owing to hygiene issues. Here’s how you can make sugarcane juice without sugercane at home.
1 cup jaggery 1 sprig mint leaves ¼ tsp black salt 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 cups water 2-4 cups ice cubes
Soak jaggery in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes.
Transfer it to blender jar, add mint leaves, salt and lemon juice to it.
Give it a gentle blend.
Stain the syrup into a bowl and add ice cubes to it. Stir well.
Pour it in a serving glass and enjoy it fresh.
