Water is a basic necessity that a lot of us take for granted. It is required to drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water is a zero calorie energy drink that most of us don't consume enough of. It's important to stay hydrated to get through your day, so here are 5 tips for it!

Have water right after you wake up and try to squeeze in a glass before every meal.

Sandwich your entire day between a few glasses of water. Don't just drink two glasses after waking up, but also drink two more before going to sleep.

Fruits and vegetables give a lot of fluid nutrition and can help you meet your hydration goals so include a lot of them in your meals.

Plain water can be boring and may not make you crave to drink it often. Add some fruits to it or try adding condiments to change its taste. You can even play with temperature by refrigerating it. Or boiling it with a few tasty toppings.
