Dolly Parton's famous Dixie Stampede soup is as yummy as it's healthy and only needs some pantry essentials. The cream of vegetable soup needs minimal prep time and can be ready in under 30 minutes!

3 tablespoons butter ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon corn syrup 3 tablespoons flour ¼ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon sea salt ½ cup chicken broth 1 ½ cups water 1 cup canned mixed veggies 2 cups milk

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper, and salt; stir for 3 minutes.

Allow the mixture to simmer for a minute, then whisk in the chicken broth and the veggies

Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Use a potato masher to mash the veggies into the soup.

Stir in the milk and continue to simmer for 5 additional minutes.

Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes to keep the cream from scorching and wait till it reaches the desired consistency.
