Try this delectable seafood dish that features marinated chonak fish, expertly spiced and fried to perfection.

Chonak fish fillets ½ tbsp salt ¼ tbsp turmeric powder ½ tbsp red chilli powder ½ tbsp of ginger garlic paste Half lemon juice 2 tbsp racheado masala Oil for frying

20-25 dried red chillies 1 tbsp coriander seeds 8-10 garlic pods 1 inch ginger ½ onion ½ tbsp peppercorns 5-6 cloves 1 inch cinnamon stick ½ tbsp mustard seeds ½ tbsp of jeera 2 tbsp tamarind pulp ¼ cup of water or vinegar or tequila

Grind the recheado masala ingredients together and make a smooth paste. Marinate fish with the ingredients mentioned above and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.

Shallow fry in oil for 5-7 minutes on medium flame. Once done, serve hot with fish curry rice and enjoy!
