Getting high on bhang is one of the major highlights of Holi. But what fun is it if you only try one type of bhang drink with thandai? Here is a mint bhaang sherbet recipe for you.
Water Mint leaves Sugar Bhaang leaves Lemon juice Ice cubes
Chop the mint leaves and the bhang leaves together. The pieces should be fine and even.
In a glass, add water till half of its capacity. Add in the lemon juice and sugar and mix till the latter dissolves.
Pour the chopped mint and bhang leaves, ice cubes and give it a good mix. Your sherbet is ready.
