Using only four simple ingredients, you can whip up a delectable delicacy called mango float. A delightful summer treat that is both easy to make and incredibly delicious, this dessert layers graham crackers, condensed milk, whipped cream, juicy mango segments, and a hint of sweetness.
2 mangoes, chopped roughly 3 cups whipped cream 1 cup condensed milk 20-30 digestive biscuits (I’ve used Marie) 1 tbsp icing sugar
Separate the mangoes and chop them. Combine the condensed milk and whipped cream by mixing them thoroughly.
In a serving plate, spread some whipped cream and top with two biscuit layers. Top with mangoes and more whipped cream.
Apply another two or three layers. Soak this in the fridge for at least four to six hours, preferably all night. Serve with two sliced mangoes and a dusting of icing sugar for garnish. Take a bite and enjoy!
