1 ½ tbsp Milk Powder 2 tbsp All-purpose flour ½ tsp Cardamom powder ½ cup Sugar 2 tbsp Ghee For garnishing- chopped almond and pistachios
Start by preparing the disposable cups or small bowls. Put a little oil on the inside of the cup to keep things from sticking. You can add oil all over with your fingers or a brush.
Chop some nuts and pistachios and sprinkle them on the bottom of the cup. These will make your treat taste great with their crunch.
Add the milk powder and the flour, maida to a bowl and mix well. Add cardamom powder to the flour mixture. Put in more or less depending on your preferences.
In a different pan, melt ghee and 1/2 cup of sugar while stirring. It should be stirred all throughout the process until the sugar gets caramelised and golden brown. Once the sugar has caramelized and turned brown, remove it from the heat and let it cool for about 10-20 seconds.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the ghee and sugar that has been caramelised. Quickly stir all the ingredients together. Pour this liquid right away into the greased mould. Allow the mixture to cool down completely at room temperature. Once done, demould and enjoy
