Diwali is incomplete without sweets and especially laddoos. Make homemade dry fruit laddu that will impress your guests and are easy to make before Diwali.
1 cup almonds 1 cup cashews 1/2 cup raisins 1/4 cup pistachios 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
Combine almonds, cashews, raisins, pistachios, powdered sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well.
Add ghee and roll them into balls.
Roll the laddus in powdered sugar to coat. Serve.
