Add sweetness to your Diwali festivities with homemade Shakarpara. These deep-fried, sweet bites, made with flour, ghee, and sugar, offer a delightful crunch and are a festive favourite for celebrations.

½ cup Sugar ½ cup Ghee ½ cup water 350 gm Maida Oil for deep frying
In a blender add ghee, sugar and water to make a smooth paste. Next add, maida to this mix and knead a soft dough.

Roll into a thick flat bread and cut into the desired shape. Heat oil and deep fry shakarpara on low flame. It takes around 10 –15 minutes. Once done, enjoy it hot and crispy.
