Indulge in a blast of flavours with this chaat, where sprouting aloo tikkis balance the earthiness of yoghurt and the flowery elegance of the rose.

2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed ½ cup sprouted moong beans 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp chaat masala ½ tsp cumin powder Salt to taste ¼ cup breadcrumbs Oil for shallow frying
To make the masala, combine the sprouted moong beans with the mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, and salt.
Fry in shallow oil till golden brown, then shape into tikkis and roll in breadcrumbs.
Lightly season with salt and mix with rose yoghurt in a different bowl.
After you have arranged the tikkis on a dish, top with rose yoghurt and chaat masala. Indulge in this delicious and healthy chaat!
