200 grams baby corn 2 chopped onions 2 chopped tomatoes 1 green chili 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder 1/2 cup fresh cream 2 tbsp oil or ghee Salt to taste Fresh coriander
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili Add tomato puree cook. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
Add the baby corn pieces to the masala and mix until they are coated well.
Cover the pan and cook. Add garam masala powder and mix. Pour fresh cream into the pan and stir.
Cook until the gravy thickens. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. And serve hot!
