Dim aloo bhaja is an innovative recipe to the Bengali version of scrambled egg. The recipe is simple which can be easily accompanied by steamed rice and dal for a lazy afternoon lunch. Ingredients

Egg Potato   Onions Nigella seeds Turmeric powder Red chilli powder Black pepper powder Green chillies slices Salt Mustard Oil

Step 1 

A three layered bread pakora can be your easy go-to tri-colour snack.

Step 2

In a pan add mustard oil and nigella seeds. Wait till it splutters.

Add the sliced onions followed by potatoes slices and fry till golden brown.

In a bowl whisk one egg. Add salt and black pepper to it.
