Eating green vegetables is really important for your overall health. They are nutritious and delicious. Here are tricks you can use to keep the green veggies fresh.
Wash your veggies properly in cold water. But store them only after drying.
Always pat your veggies dry by patting them with paper towels.
Chop your veggies and store them in an air-tight container inside your refrigerator.
If there is no space in your fridge, just wrap your leafy green in a paper towel. Keeps them fresh for longer.
If you spot any leaf getting slightly brown or dry, remove them and increase the shelf life of the whole bunch.
