Indian flatbread called roti is created with stone-ground wholemeal flour, also referred to as atta. We've listed nine distinct kinds of rotis or bread that you may cook at home.
Traditionally cooked in tandoor, it is made with plain flour, yeast, and oil. Before serving hot naan, don't forget to brush the bread with butter.
