After impressing everyone with her performance in Brahmastra, actress Mouni Roy has become the new talk of the town. Here’s how she remains in shape.
Starts her day with Haldi water for activating her metabolism and then she proceeds to do her Yoga
For breakfast, Mouni usually has poha and sprouts and fruit. When she is on shoot, she indulges in set ka khana too once in a while.
Mouni loves her coffee, she usually drinks one-three cups of coffee every day with one spoon of hazlenut syrup.
Her lunch is usual Bengali fare, with one bowl of rice with all kinds of vegetables and dal etc.
She has a fruit or one whole handful of dry fruits, if she feels hungry after lunch. Mouni also ensures to soak almonds in water before she tucks into them.
When Mouni has to look lean she cuts down on her carbs, so her dinner is almost, always very light.
