Breakfast Of Champions

For breakfast, she enjoys a smoothie bowl made with gluten-free granola, dates, almond milk, banana, nuts, berries. Sometimes, she also has poached eggs or omelette with veggies for protein. 

Indian Food For Lunch

Tamannaah loves Indian food, so her lunch is a standard Dal, Chawal, Sabzi. Homemade and satiating. 

Healthy Snacking

Around 5-30-6 she has her snack time, for which she munches on a couple of nuts and then proceeds to workout.
