Shilpa Shetty is inarguably one of the fittest actors of Bollywood. She swears by yoga, healthy eating and ‘Sunday Binges’. Here’s how you can eat like her. 

Starting Day With Water

As soon as she wakes up, she drinks a glass of warm water and 4 drops of noni juice. 

Yoga On Empty Stomach

She prefers doing Yoga on an empty stomach or maybe warm water or a cup of tea. 

Early Breakfast

Around 7 in the morning she has her high-fibre breakfast. Oats, muesli, raw fruit like banana, apples, blueberries are usual suspects.

Avoiding Sugar

She avoids sugar, so she adds natural sweeteners like honey, coconut sugar, powdered jaggery.  

Smoothies For The Win

She is also a fan of smoothies made with oats, bananas, honey and whatever healthy is around her. 

Ande Ka Funda

While she is not a fan of meat, she does have eggs and avocadoes for good quality protein in the morning.
