Diet Like Milind Soman, Here’s How He Keeps So Fit

Model and actor Milind Soman sets new goals with his fitness every day. A lot of credit also goes to his diet, here’s what he usually eats in a day.  

No Refined Food

Milind was always into sports so he has eaten healthy all his life. He has fruits every morning and steers clear of refined food. 

Penne

He eats fruits, eats whole papaya, half watermelon, some seasonal fruits or some cereal, dry fruits for breakfast 

Simple Homely Lunch

His lunch comprises dal, rice and vegetables, dinner is also the same. 

Light Dinner

He stays away from foods that are hard to digest, so meat is generally avoided especially during dinner. 

No Food After 8 PM

He also wraps up his dinner by 7:30 in the evening and sleeps by 10:30 to get his 7 hours of sleep everyday.

One of the most commonly consumed shapes of pasta in India, penne is a favourite to make in a spicy arrabiata sauce or creamy pesto sauce.
