Did You Try This Easy To Make Atte Ka Halwa

Winters make you crave for having something that can keep you warm from within and is super delicious. Try this recipe of Atte Ka Halwa which is a powerhouse of immunity-boosting properties with the goodness of desi ghee.

Ingredients

¾ Cup Wheat Flour ¼ Cup Ghee ½ Cup Sugar 1 tbsp Almonds 1 tbsp Pistachios ½ Cup Water

Step 1

In a saucepan, heat desi ghee on a medium flame. Add wheat flour and cook for a good 20 to 30 minutes. 

Step 2

Keep this mixture cooking on a low flame till the fat separates. Also, chop the dry fruits simultaneously.

Step 3

After 30 minutes of cooking the flour, you’ll get the golden brown hue of the flour. At this stage add water and stir to cook till water is absorbed.

Step 4

Now add sugar and cook for a few more minutes till you see the texture of halwa developing a soft glaze. 

Step 5

Put the flame off and add chopped almonds and pistachios. Serve hot and enjoy your winter dessert!
