2 slices white bread Butter, for spreading 3-4 canned pineapple slices 1 scoop vanilla ice cream 1 tablespoon pineapple jam 1 cube cheese, grated Chocolate chips, for sprinkling
Spread the butter on both slices of bread evenly before layering with pineapple jam.
Add the scoop of ice cream, followed by the canned pineapple slices before sandwiching it with the second slice of bread.
Add a generous helping of grated cheese on top before cutting into six pieces and sprinkling some chocolate chips on top.
