Take some oil in a saucepan & sauté onions for 2-3 mins
Add in bell peppers & sauté further
Now add in tomato puree, zucchini, chilli flakes, oregano, cumin powder, salt & cook for 3-4 mins
Lastly add in cooked beans, steamed corn kernels & cooked foxtail millets
Mix gently and serve with sour cream or guacamole
