500 grams fresh/frozen peaches 1 bottle (750 ml) Rosé wine ¼ cup honey Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Fill a blender jar with the frozen peaches, honey and rose and blend until fully smooth. Scoop into glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a sprig of rosemary. Note: Freeze the peaches beforehand if you’re going to use fresh peaches so that it is easy to blend into a slushie.
