Char the red bell pepper over an open flame or in the oven until the skin is blackened. Place it in a closed container for a few minutes, then peel off the skin, remove the seeds, and roughly chop it.
In a food processor, combine the charred red bell pepper, panner, garlic cloves, green chillies, ginger, olive oil, salt, mixed herbs, and chilli flakes. Blend until you have a smooth paste.
Transfer to a bowl or jar. Your tandoori cheese spread is ready to enjoy as a dip, spread, or filling for various dishes.
