Strawberries, 8-10 nos 2 cups milk Sugar 1/2 cup Cornflour 1/3 cup
1/2 cup strawberries 2 tablespoons sugar 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Take 8-10 strawberries to blend until smooth before straining the mixture.
Add 2 cups of milk and mix well to combine, followed by the sugar and cornflour.
Continue stirring, bring to a boil and cook until the mixture thickens. Transfer to a cup and cool for 10 minutes.
For the compote, cook the strawberries and sugar in a pan for a minute, before adding in the lemon juice and cooking for another minute.
Pour on top of the pudding, allow it to cool and set in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
