Make easy, delicious salted caramel popcorn for cosy halloween nights. It can be made instantly with a few simple greetings already available at home.
1/2 cup kernels 1/4 cup unsalted butter 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar 1/4 cup heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pop the kernels in a microwave or air popper.
Melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and vanilla.
Pour the caramel over the popped popcorn and toss to coat.
Let the popcorn cool completely before serving.
Serve it with coffee.
