For dough 2 Cups Plain Flour Pinch Salt 4 Tbsp Ghee Ingredients for sugar syrup 1 cup Sugar 1/2 Cup Water Kesar colour for syrup (optional)
Mix salt and ghee in flour and make a breadcrumbs like texture.
Take 1/2 cup water and make a not so soft dough.
Cover and keep for 15-20 minutes. Boil water and sugar and thicken the syrup. We do not have to make string in syrup.
