Delicious Mushroom Fried Rice In Simple Steps

Mushroom fried rice is a simple yet flavour-packed dish that can be prepared in minutes. It combines fragrant rice, earthy mushrooms, and a mix of spices, making it a perfect quick meal. 

Step 1

Boil 1 cup of rice and set aside. 

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant. 

Step 3

Add 1 cup of sliced mushrooms and cook until tender. 

Step 4

Stir in the cooked rice, 1 tbsp soy sauce, salt, and pepper. 

Step 5

Add chopped spring onions for garnish and serve hot.
