Ladoos are one of the most cherished sweets in Indian cuisine. They can be found in various varieties and they all taste fantastic, just like this mango ladoo. These flavourful balls serve as the perfect post-meal dessert and are quite easy to make.
1 cup of mango pulp 1 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling) 1/2 cup condensed milk 1 tablespoon ghee 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder Chopped nuts (optional)
Heat ghee, then add mango pulp and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the condensed milk and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the desiccated coconut and heat until the mixture leaves the pan sides.
Add cardamom powder, stir well, and allow it to cool somewhat.
Roll into balls, cover with additional desiccated coconut, and top with chopped nuts.
