Delicious  Mango Cupcakes: A Tropical Summer  Treat

Deliciously moist mango cupcakes with creamy mango buttercream frosting. It’s Simple to make, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 ½ tsp baking powder ¼ tsp salt ½ cup unsalted butter 1 cup granulated sugar 2 eggs ½ cup mango puree ½ cup milk For the Mango Buttercream Frosting: ½ cup unsalted butter, softened 3 cups powdered sugar 2 cups cup mango puree

Step 1

Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a cupcake tin with paper liners. In a bowl, whisk  flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 2

In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs too.

Step 3

Now add the mango puree and mix until smooth. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.

Step 4

Now Divide the batter equally among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Step 5

Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes. Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool.

Step 6

To make the mango frosting, beat the softened butter, add powdered sugar and mango puree.

Step 7

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them with the mango frosting. Serve and enjoy!
