Litchi, with its sweet and floral flavour, makes for an excellent ingredient in various desserts. Here are five delightful Litchi desserts you can easily prepare at home.
Blend fresh Litchis with sugar syrup and lemon juice, then freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker for a refreshing sorbet.
Make a creamy panna cotta by infusing cream with Litchi puree and setting it with gelatin. Serve with a drizzle of Litchi syrup.
Prepare a classic cheesecake base, then top it with a Litchi-flavoured cream cheese mixture. Chill and garnish with fresh Litchis.
