Delicious Kimchi Stew To Make In Your Home For Cosy Dinner

If you are bored of having plain soup over and over again during chilly evenings, why not have something unique and comforting? Make kimchi stew at your home with simple ingredients!

Ingredients

1/2 kg kimchi 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean red chilli paste) 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 3 cups kimchi broth or water 1/2 cup green onions 1/2 cup tofu Enoki mushrooms

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pot and sauté the tofu until browned.

Step 2

Add the kimchi, onion, garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.

Step 3

Pour in the kimchi broth or water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. 

Step 4

Stir in green onions, tofu, and enoki mushrooms.

Step 5

Serve hot with rice.
