1 cup gram flour (besan) 1/2 cup water 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon citric acid 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup oil 1/4 cup chopped cilantro 1/4 cup grated coconut
Combine gram flour, turmeric powder, baking soda, citric acid, and salt.
Gradually add water, oil, chopped cilantro, and grated coconut to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a smooth batter forms.
Steam for 10-15 minutes and cut after it cools down.
Serve the dhokla tamarind chutney.
