The best flavor begins with honey-lavender syrup in an iced latte or even hot tea. Lavender floral notes combined with honey and milk can make you feel amazing.
For Honey-Lavender Syrup: ½ cup of water 2 tbsp dried lavender flowers ½ cup honey For Latte: 2-4 shots of espresso ¾ cup steamed whole milk Honey-Lavender syrup, to taste Whipped cream, optional
Boil water, honey, and lavender in a saucepan for 10 seconds, then turn off the heat and allow the liquid to cool entirely.

Add the syrup to a glass.
In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk.
Pour the espresso shot into a glass with the syrup, then top with the steaming milk.
