10-12 Spring roll wrappers 1 Shredded cabbage 1 Shredded carrot 1 cup Bean sprouts 1 Sliced bell peppers 2-3 Sliced mushrooms 1/2 Garlic, minced 1/2 tsp Soy sauce 1/2 tsp Sesame oil Oil for frying
Take a pan and Heat sesame oil add in the garlic and saute well. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
Now Stir-fry until slightly softened. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce. Stir-fry until heated through.
Now Remove from heat and let it cool down for sometime. Take a spring roll wrapper and Place 2 tablespoons of the vegetable filling in the centre.
Fold the bottom edge over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the top edge with a bit of water or cornstarch paste.
In a deep pan add in oil and Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy. Drain excess oil on a napkin.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce. And enjoy these crispy rolls.
